Human Resource

  1. Staff recruitment
  2. Staff Training
  3. Managing staff payroll, insurance, and staff schedule
  4. Review staff performance

Villa Maintenance

  1. Propose vendor options to villa owner as required
  2. Provide any vendor options for MEP
  3. Provide monthly maintenance report and progress
  4. Provide maintenance schedule

Accounting

  1. Payment Monthly staff salary on behalf of villa owner
  2. Payment utility: Monthly PLN. Water, Internet, plus other purchase requests by villa owner/manager and others equipment and material needed for villa operation include Banjar fee and garbage collection on behalf of villa owner
  3. Providing Monthly financial report

Guest Relations

  1. Checking villa pre-guest arrival
  2. Communication with guest pre-arrival and during stay
  3. Handling guest check-in and check-out (includes collected guest passport/ ID to register to local authorities as required) and provide waiver of liability form  to sign by guest
  4. Provide guest services as villa INCLUSION
  5. organizing Guest activity and services ,tours, transportation and food & Beverages
  6. Monitoring guest activity in the villa
  7. Controlling day to day villa operations
